“InfoStar rebuilt a website for my brother's plumbing company. After seeing the great job they did, I hired them for my own project. Mike, the owner, and I met-up in person multiple times to discuss my idea. What a breath of fresh air! “Excellent specialized dental website design. We recommend them to all of our friends who own dental practices. The dental services content is the best we've been able to find with lots of very detailed patient education pages and videos. “I wanted to be sure and take a moment out of my busy dental practice day to review InfoStar. After careful research and checking many references, I decided to make a change with our web page, seo, and facebook. We have been with several different companies in the past, all promising to improve our web ranking, etc. Never did any of them accomplish anything but some minor changes. In addition, after spending a very large amount of money to redesign the web page and waiting for 4 months, I wasn't impressed. It looked the same as our old page with just some minor changes. Finally, I hired Infostar. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!. The web page looks fresh and current, it's mobile friendly (very important for a busy downtown seattle office), and easy to navigate. Changes to the site are made immediately upon request. Best of all, the month to month contract that ensures they are always putting out 150% effort in making sure they deliver on their promise. The price was much better than our prior vendors, and the return has been so much higher. The monthly reports are easy to understand and are exciting to review as you see the numbers continually improving. Our facebook page is has exploded with likes since we are now regularly posting. They have great ideas for blasts and posts that make it both fun and interesting with very little effort on my part. They are one of the few outsource companies that I've worked with that actually follow through on their promises, (and I've been around awhile!) I did read the review where they use content between offices and they own some verbage. We had that same situation with all of our prior vendors, this is the general business model - and by the way, there aren't a lot of good educational videos out there period. They will be happy to use any alternatives you'd like to provide. I found that they will personalize anything you want, just ask. Plus, if you don't like it, simply move on, no complicated contracts you can't get out of. Highly recommend!”
